The main thing is to think of your refrigerator, freezer, and pantry as your portal to health. You might have turkey or beef patties in your freezer, some brown rice or quinoa cooked and placed in the fridge. Broccoli washed and chopped. Tuna in the pantry to put on your salad. Perhaps some hard-boiled eggs.
The main point is to organize when you can for as many days as you can. You busy self will thank you later when you get home and everything is prepped!
